The staff members are really friendly, and the meals I eat are really good. Everyone is friendly and they seem to care about your needs and are really attentive.
Proceed With Caution and Monitor Make Sure you Have Camerasreviewed on: 03/05/2021 by A. B.
My score is only based on the four caregivers that worked for us. I found four very good caregivers from this company. I stuck to these caregivers. Care Advantage overworks their employees. The girls that would come would work over 36 hours a week. I was left by myself at least one night a week. There was a caregiver who would fall asleep on the job, would lie about medication being given. There were times that this staff member would go out and smoke and leave my loved one alone. Michelle, Linda, Catherine, and Mandy are fantastic.

The workers that I have had are very different some of them are better than the others and worth the charge while others are not. Some of them are not certified for the services and don't have the skills that would be expected for this position. They help keep my loved one company. The caregiver we have now will exercise with my mother and do memory exercises also.
Would recommend them to anybody in need of home healthcare.reviewed on: 08/18/2021 by anonymous
They're very friendly. I can't rave enough about them. The people in the office are very concerned and caring. If they don't' have the answer to your question, they'll find someone who does to get you an answer. I feel like I've adopted our caregiver, that she's part of my family. My other family members have met her, and they feel the same way. Right now we have just the one caregiver, which is working out better for our family. They've been perfect, no complaints at all. They are a little expensive, but they're definitely worth it.

This is a new community and had great amenities, but it didn't fit our needs with skilled nursing.
