My review of Orchard Heights Gracious Retirement Livingreviewed on: 04/08/2021 by anonymous
That place was awesome, our loved one had been there for two years and we would recommend it to anybody. The staff was the best and they were so caring. They had great activities and the food was very good. If it was not for our loved ones mental health, she would still be there.
My tour reviewreviewed on: 09/22/2021 by Saskia V
This community was a strong second. This community was very beautiful and clean. This community is a combination of assisted living and memory care. I was not impressed with the memory care unit but the rest of the facility was great.
Highly recommendreviewed on: 09/15/2021 by Charlotte H
I got to know all of the caregivers intimately and got to spend a lot of time with them, they are worth their weight in gold. and I do think they could be paid more. There is nothing I would not recommend about this company, they were just phenomenal.
Our Experience with Senior Helpersreviewed on: 09/01/2021 by anonymous
We chose Senior Helpers because they worked with the VA and they would do 3 hour split shifts. We did have a lot of different caregivers but I would recommend them to others who are looking.
Great to Work Withreviewed on: 07/06/2021 by Amber
It's been a great experience. The owner is very much involved. Sometimes we get a cancellation at the last minute, and it can be hard to schedule. But I don't know that that's so much the company's fault. There just don't seem to be a lot of caregivers right now. And because of that, scheduling can be kind of last minute. But I understand that's due to the pandemic right now. The caregivers they have sent have been amazing. The first one we had really got along well with my loved one, and I felt comfortable leaving my loved one alone with her. She also communicated really well. Our newest caregiver has only been here with us a few times, and she seems really sweet and is kind to my loved one.
