They helped m e in a very difficult timereviewed on: 03/02/2021 by Elizabeth I
Our experience was excellent, they were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful, and the women who ran it was marvelous, she was extremely nice. We cannot say enough good things about the care giver, she was so caring towards our loved one.

I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends or family, it wasn't the absolutely best experience we had but we did have a good experience. Our loved one received good care, and this community was just night and day compared to the previous community our loved one was at.

We've had a lot of first time people that weren't that good, and we had to ask for them to be removed for issues like laziness, having their ear pods in, meds not given on time. Some of them are absolutely amazing - they'll clean the whole entire house and it smells fresh and clean when I come home. And some are so bad it's like they didn't even interview them. It would be nice if there was more consistency of care. We end up with several caregivers during the week as opposed to just one. For the amount I'm paying, I would expect higher quality and for the management to better manage what's going on. But I'm grateful for the caregivers we've had who have been around for a while and are very friendly and helpful.

Our loved one moved in the day after the opened and so far we are having a great experience. Boyson Heights is cheaper then a lot of other communities we looked at. The meals plans were better, and overall they just had the best amenities. Our loved ones are really enjoying the food and they have great activities. She is playing bingo, board games, painting and loving the exercise classes.

We chose Care of Heart because my mom was on hospice and they said it would take over a week to get approval. We were on a list and the facility was able to take her in that night. The room sizes are nice, it is a regular bedroom and they had 2 beds in each room. The staff members gave us their phone numbers so we could call and talk to my mom, there were 2-3 caregivers on staff at all times. We were very happy with the care that she received here and we would recommend to others looking.
