A Great Place for my wife!
reviewed on: 06/07/2015 by JbojanisExcellent care at D'youville. We had visited a number of care facilities in the area. Because of hospitalization, a quick move took us to a facility that was not prepared for the level of care my wife required. She moved to D'youville after 3mos and the entire family is happy with this placement. Only 30 residents on the unit. A warm, caring staff that treats the residents with individual attention and respect; they respond to input and questions from our family. The doctor on the unit assigned to my wife, has called me at home to give me updates or responding to my questions! They make a difficult situation a little easier to bear. I give them less than perfect ratings only because I think they could use more staff on the unit. Otherwise, they do remarkable work for their residents.
