HarborChase Memory Care is an assisted living facility in Auburn Hills, MI. HarborChase Memory Care offers activities at their location for residents. These activities generally allow residents to maintain healthy lifestyles by encouraging movement and socializing with their peers.
Being able to chat with other residents becomes an important part of many peoples' lives and HarborChase Memory Care offers common spaces indoors to support that need. The benefit of living in an assisted living community is that making meals can be costly and time consuming process so HarborChase Memory Care provides meals for residents.
Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help. If a resident needs assistance moving from a bed to a wheelchair, this facility has staff who can help.
Unique Features
Rates are fixed for the entire length of stay even when care needs increase.
Rates are determined upon move in by our nursing assessment
Rates include everything except the cost of prescription medications, incontinent supplies and beauty/barber shop visits.
Families can budget their expenses spread over the long term knowing that their rates are fixed with the exception of a yearly cost of living increase at 3% - 4% per year.
HarborChase will gradually begin using the new name Harbor Memory Care that is part of our new initiative which focuses on those with memory issues. We will always accept any resident needing assisted living without memory issues as well.
True alternative to nursing home, they can serve people with feeding tubes, sliding scale diabetic, and do allow spouses to share room even if they have 2 separate diagnosis. Cannot do IV's. They can bring in all health related services. They are faith based, but welcome and recognize all individuals. Fully license
