I love Prestige Pines

The amount of love and kindness they shared with my family as my mom moved into the community exceeded our expectations by far. All of the staff are friendly and kind. No matter what time of the day or night when I stop in, I am greeted with a smile and a hot cup of coffee. It isn't just my mom who moved into Prestige Pines we all kind of did. Our family is at Prestige Pines so much that it feels like it is our home too. The Family Dinner was so much fun. It was nice to meet other families and other residents. Prestige Pines was a great choice for our family, I am sure it will be for yours too?

reviewed on: 01/13/2014 by Loved oneSo far we have been very pleased with their service. They are very good about feedback, and keeping me informed about any situations or problems. When the facility lost power they contacted me immediately to let me know the options if I wanted my loved one moved during that time. I also like that they have events, such as meals and holidays, where they will invite the families over to celebrate with their loved ones.

They also took care of me and my sisters when we were spending the last few precious days with our parents. They were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one they cannot take care of at home.
