The staff seemed to have a genuine interest in taking care of the needs of the residents. They respond promptly and take care of anything that comes up immediately. One area that I feel like they could improve on a little is just the interpersonal skills of the caregivers. They're very prompt and helpful, but I wish they were a bit more personable, things like just checking in to say "Hi!", cheerfulness, etc.
