If it was cleaner it would be good

The community smelled like urine and there was not a clean place for family to sit when they visited. I did bring in my own chair and cleaning supplies. The staff were kind wonderful people. The dietary person went above and beyond to work with their dietary needs. They did what they could to offer him tasty meals and to get what he needed.
Looked very nice, expensive

Woodhaven was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.
Not pleased with our experience

My mom was stuck in memory care even though she did not need it and she was not being stimulated as the other residents needed more care than she did. She lost a bunch of weight and I was not able to visit her or bring her food. It is a very small place, it was hard for her to get her wheelchair around. I would not recommend.
