Day Staff Needs Improvement
reviewed on: 05/22/2017 by AnonymousMy mother is doing pretty well for the most part with her move to this community. Her main concern has been the morning staff at this community. She says they are understaffed in the mornings. Due to them being understaffed during the day, there are some things that need improvements. Other than the day staff issue, the other staff through out the day is good. She is pleased with the meals, and has gotten involved in the activities they offer. Until they fix the morning staff, this is not a community I could recommend at this moment.
A Great Place for Mom

There are planned activities everyday. The Care-Givers are attentive and do their best to meet individual needs. My mom is adjusting to an apartment rather than her 3 bedroom bungalow- AND I know that she is safe!!!
Need a little work!

I even have a nurse from home health going in to the community just to make sure that things get done the way that they are suppose to. I feel that they need more staff because they are under staffed and the residents care is taking the toll.

This a lovely place where the elderly are treated with respect and compasion. The staff couldn't get any better. And the food is really good with choices of meal times and a great selection
