Our experience with Aegisreviewed on: 06/14/2021 by anonymous
We chose Aegis of Kirkland because it was what my dad wanted. The rooms at the facility were small, private rooms. I think the food could use improvement, they could have more variety and what they advertised was not accurate. We were here during covid, but I would tell others to make sure to tour and try the food before moving your loved one in here.
Would recommend them to anybody in need of home healthcare.reviewed on: 08/18/2021 by anonymous
They're very friendly. I can't rave enough about them. The people in the office are very concerned and caring. If they don't' have the answer to your question, they'll find someone who does to get you an answer. I feel like I've adopted our caregiver, that she's part of my family. My other family members have met her, and they feel the same way. Right now we have just the one caregiver, which is working out better for our family. They've been perfect, no complaints at all. They are a little expensive, but they're definitely worth it.
Friendly and Inviting!reviewed on: 02/03/2021 by Diane Miller
My dad has lived at The View a little over 5 years now. He has really enjoyed living here. I see all good and positive attitudes when I am up visiting. Always activities that he has something to do. And yes, he loves the food!
Very Good Carereviewed on: 07/01/2021 by Deborah
They're helpful, reliable, on time, and caring. The caregiver I have is great. She's very nice and so reliable. She really cares about my loved one and always makes sure she's okay. Administration has some hiccups. Sometimes they mess up the poor girl's paycheck and I have to verify services utilized. But they always fix it.

The workers that I have had are very different some of them are better than the others and worth the charge while others are not. Some of them are not certified for the services and don't have the skills that would be expected for this position. They help keep my loved one company. The caregiver we have now will exercise with my mother and do memory exercises also.
