Koss is a Great Choice for my Loved Onereviewed on: 03/11/2021 by JK
The owner is very friendly and very caring. She communicates with me often, and whenever I need to know something, she's very open. I just think she really cares about the people who are trusted to her. When a resident needs something, there's always somebody available to take care of that need - they're very attentive. Their capacity I believe is 6 at most, so it's not difficult for the staff to know what's goin on with and meet the needs of the residents. I am very happy, I feel my loved one gets the individual care they need.

During a sensitive time, they're very compassionate and willing to help.reviewed on: 05/26/2021 by Diana
The people who run Unified Pledge are wonderful. They're accommodating and work with you. They actually care about what they're doing. You're not just a number to them. They really try to help you. Their cost is in line with average rates in the area. They helped us a lot, so I really appreciate what they've done. Keep in mind, not every person they send will be a good fit, so I would say keep at it until you find the right caregiver. I would definitely recommend them.
Would recommend, but with some clarifications.reviewed on: 08/17/2021 by anonymous
As a company, they have very good communication. I would advise families that there might be some inconsistencies with the caregivers. The worst of them wore earbuds and did a lot of sitting around instead of interacting with the client and doing the chores. But on the other end of the spectrum, there were some that did it all and truly went above and beyond. For private pay families, they bill every week. (Supposedly their system doesn't allow them to bill monthly for private pay.) But as long as they're aware of it, it's not a red flag for non-payment and you can still make just one monthly payment as long as you call them and let them know that's how you prefer to pay.

The friendliness of the staff team and the care services is higher than 5 stars. The meals and dining is a 5 plus, our loved one really enjoys the food. The activities are a 5 plus, especially the Wii bowling. The value for cost is fine.
