I think they are doing a good job.
reviewed on: 01/03/2015 by AnonymousI think they are doing a good job. Any issues we are having are more with my loved one than the facility itself. Cottagewood is a great place. The staff is friendly. Another really good thing is they have rules about pets, you can bring a small dog or some cats, we were told initially that because it was overweight for the limit, but they let him bring his dog anyway, they agreed to give it a chance on a trial basis. It's hard to give an overall rating since other places we saw were a little more upscale, and fancy, this was a little more down to earth feeling.
