Community Reviews
most wonderful place for my Mom and Dad
reviewed on: 10/29/2014 by AnonymousI have recently moved both my parents into Keystone senior living in Eagan and I must say after all the other communities I have toured I believe I have made the perfect choice. The Staff have made my parents feel so much at home from the very 1st day they arrived and every day since. The food is excellent and they even have in house therapy (Interim) which my Father needs and is doing well. The apartments are spacious and even come with washer and dryer. I give keystone a 5 star and would love to talk to anyone that may have doubts about moving their parents into this senior living.
Keystone of Eagan
reviewed on: 08/30/2013 by Anonymous family memberBeautiful facility and seems to be pretty nice for the assisted living folks. For the memory care folks however, the staffing is insufficient. 2-3 staff people for 16 residents isn't enough. Staff members need to take care of individual needs...and sometimes can't adequatly handle watching everyone....I have seen several occasions where memory care residents don't have a staff person nearby....which can be dangerous. Keystone also has had a lot of turnover the past 2 years - both with management and care takers. I think the majority of the caretakers and nurses are good.....there's just not enough of them. Food at Keystone is very good. Cost has risen significantly in the past year however.
Lots of amenities included in rent!!
reviewed on: 01/11/2017 by AnonymousThe thing I like the most at this community is how all of the amenities are included in the rent. The end total may seem initially high but when you realize you do not have to pay for anything extra and everything is included it really is a great deal in the end. They also provided three meals a day with a large lunch for the residents and a smaller meal for dinner right before bed. My loved one has not had many complaints other than everything seems to taste a little bland.
It's okay, there have been a few issues here and there.
reviewed on: 01/21/2016 by AnonymousIt's okay, there have been a few issues here and there. They are nice enough, and there are a few really, really good med techs there. . Response times are little slow they quote 10-15 minutes, but it can take longer. We never really got an orientation, which makes it difficult to know what all the procedures and expectations are.
A good place.
reviewed on: 07/27/2020 by AnonymousI think it is a good facility. My dad got pushed down by another resident and broke his arm. We then had to move him to a new community. The staff is caring. I was not impressed by the activities. I feel they were often understaffed.
