Some Great, Some Aweful
reviewed on: 09/09/2014 by BosephusMother has been here 3+ years. Place is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Meals uninspired and bland, though most of the wait staff (mostly young students) are cheerful and friendly. Additional services are very expensive and a very poor value. Tenants are required to pay for cable, whether used or not. Med and nursing management easily add $350 to $500 per month, for minimal service, and management (Gentle Touch) is argumentative, defensive, and need to be checked on constantly.
Great place - full continuum of care....
reviewed on: 12/16/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerGreat place - full continuum of care. The apartments were nice, assisted living very nice. Memory care was good and the day programs were great. This would be my choice if they moved.
clean place, nice staff
reviewed on: 12/23/2014 by AnonymousThe place at St. Therese Southwest both looks and smells very clean. It is a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere with very friendly staff. I would say that it is probably not the best place for seniors who are still fairly active.
Great Care For The Right Type Of Person
reviewed on: 02/25/2016 by AnonymousOur time at The Glen Hopkins was an good time other then the fact that my husband was asked to leave do the fact he was being a little to active. I would it is a excellent community for the right individual with the right type of care that this community approves of. Looks very nice never had any concerns about the cleanliness of the place. There was a large staff here and I would say some most of them of great. The care here is great for the right person. I really enjoyed A Place For Mom and all the help their organization did for us. Patrica Moore is an amazing women and I couldn't had done this with her help. I would say to anyone thinking about moving here find out ahead of time if your loved one and their level care is accepted here. Very grateful for A Place For Mom
