good value for the moneyreviewed on: 03/02/2021 by Anonymous
The community is very neat and clean. The rent includes electricity. They have a computer lab and a garden nursery. I would recommend this community to others. It's in a good location in the city also
My Review of Storypoint Middletonreviewed on: 06/30/2021 by Sally P
We are glad that our mom is so at home at Storypoint. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. From the helpful ladies at the front desk to the wonderful activities directors, the chef and servers, caregivers and baristas-everyone goes above and beyond to take excellent care of our mom and make a fun, loving, and safe community.
My tour experiencereviewed on: 05/21/2021 by anonymous
I knew pretty quickly this wasn't where I would have wanted my mom. The people there were so very sweet, and there was nothing wrong with the tour or the facility. It was just the difference between staying at your aunt's old house vs. living in a nice hotel, which was the type of community we chose for her in the end. We were looking for more of a luxury experience.
Would recommend for family member who is older and doesn't require a lot of acitivties or socialization.reviewed on: 08/24/2021 by anonymous
Depending on your loved one's needs, I would be cautious. If they're fairly social and want to make friends, this is not a good place. I think it's important to match the facility with the census of the people in that facility. For instance, their activities were lackluster, and I was not impressed. They had people who couldn't talk or were comatose sitting in on trivia questions. So activities were not necessarily matched to the ability of the residents. The staff were mostly very friendly and tried their hardest, although you always have one here and there that weren't. My loved one said the food was good, with a good selection, and he's a pretty picky eater. Overall it's a nice facility. But I think if you're going to be paying that much money, you'd better have a a lot more activities, and ones that are better suited for residents of different abilities. And if you have a loved one who is very active and alert, I would double check the census of the people there.

We chose West Seattle Adult Family Home because they have conversion to medicaid. The room sizes here are average, but she has access to the living room and patio which is nice. I would recommend to other families.
