Community Reviews

They come up with creative problem solving

reviewed on: 08/28/2013 by Mark

This was on the list from a place for mom and it's also very close to me. So far it's been good, this has been a big cahnge and whenever I ask my parents about it their response is its okay but nothings going to be like it was at home so that's the way it is. My dad fell and is at a nursing home right now but we're hoping to get him back here and Traditions is too. They both have memory issues but they cares been good, they get somewhat creative. My moms somewhat difficult to deal with, they got her in a wheelchair now which helps but she does fall and being an assisted living is not the same as a nursing home. One creative thing they did is with the cord that they pull, the hooked it up to the bed or something so it alerts them when she gets out of bed, they do what they can to make sure she's safe and they've been pretty good.
