Our tour experience
reviewed on: 11/02/2021 by anonymousOur family had an in person tour and for some reason we just did not get the feeling this was the right place. I liked it more then some of my other family members.
Moving in soon!
reviewed on: 10/17/2017 by AnonymousAfter looking at another community, I decided to tour this one and will be moving in very soon. The facility is clean and efficient and it looks really good. I have a very big room, but I don't like that the hallways are so long because it takes a bit to get to the elevators. The staff is okay, they were nice and friendly and the food is pretty good too.
A good fit for mom
reviewed on: 01/07/2021 by anonymousWe chose Brightondale at the time because the lady that was helping me with everything was very friendly and accommodating, more so than the others. My mom has a smaller apartment and it is quite nice, it is a great size for her. I have talked to other residents there as well and they rave about their apartments. It also looks like they have great activities provided for the residents, we just haven't been able to experience all of it yet. I would tell others to make sure to check into the nursing side. They have Life Stark for nursing and it is expensive, so make sure just to check into that and determine how much care your loved one needs and be diligent about watching the charges. Overall it is a great place and I would recommend.

reviewed on: 12/31/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerWe toured the Meadowood side and found it warm, inviting, friendly, clean and well maintained. We look at two different floor plans of and the apartments are spacious and the closet space is outstanding. Kathy and her staff were awesome.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 02/26/2021 by anonymousWe chose Brightondale based off of the convenient location. When I presented the options to my uncle this is the one because he had comfort being in a familiar area. The apartment sizes are plenty adequate for his needs. They communicate well and update me whenever needed. When I have raised questions myself, they respond quickly. I would recommend.
