reviewed on: 10/06/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Homestead because of the general appearance it is more up scale. They also had the option to make a down payment to reduce the monthly rent. The apartment sizes are awesome, they are very clean and have fresh paint and new carpet. The internet that is included in rent has been the only complaint, it is very slow. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The friendliness of the aids and nurses has been great, however there has been some behind the scene changes in management and people leaving. The house keeping on the memory care said used to be fantastic, but they have left and been without house keeping for about 2 months now. The grounds at Homestead are very nice and have nice walking paths to take advantage of.
