Pretty good but there is a lack of communication

Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience overall. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars because it's very clean. I rate the friendliness 5 stars because they are nice. I rate the value 3 stars because it's expensive. I rate the care services 4 stars. I rate the activities 4 stars.
Quality is on par with other options

The location of the room available didn't really work for us. It was quite a ways from the activity, and felt it would give my loved one a reason to isolate. This just didn't feel like the best fit for us.

reviewed on: 08/14/2020 by AnonymousThe next day after we moved my mom in they stopped visitors due to Covid. Luckily she had a first-floor window, so we were able to check-in. The staff is incredible. The management is top notch very caring. The staff was extremely helpful with the transition. The staff is attentive and a pleasure to work with.

There was lots of great amenities offered to the residents as well as a very well maintained facility. The administration was very informative and was very patient with answering any questions my mother and I had for them.
