reviewed on: 10/07/2021 by anonymousTheir apartment is very nice. The food is heavy on carbohydrates. I do think that they could improve on the cleanliness of residents rooms. The staff here are very friendly, if there are any changes that need to be done they seem adhere to that.
Small environment and good staff
reviewed on: 11/16/2017 by AnonymousMy Father-in-law is here and everything is going great. We picked this place because it was close to our house and it’s a small environment. They do a lot of activities with him and the other residents like different social events, movies, popcorn socials, and happy hours. The staff is really great. The food is really good (it seems to be a lot of comfort food) and there are different things to choose every day. The facility is kept pretty clean, from what I can see. We had some issues with cleanliness a few weeks ago but they’ve taken care of it after speaking with the management. A lot of the residents are low-functioning, so there isn’t a lot of interaction between them, but the staff is making an effort to get everyone to socialize. I would recommend them.

However at the time we thought our loved one was fast approaching hospice and at that point they would of moved her into a room with an elderly waiver and the room was like the size of a big closet. Enough for a bed and a bathroom and that was it.
Great Homey Atmosphere for Mom

They have someone running activities all afternoon which is important for memory care and helps my mom stay busy. I have eaten there and feel they have a good variety of menu options. I really needed to find a place for my mom quickly near my home and was happy to find New Perspective Woodbury.
