reviewed on: 06/18/2021 by JRWe did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us.

reviewed on: 01/02/2018 by AnonymousI went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. Chad answered all of my questions he was great. It looked and smelled clean. They couldn't meest moms needs. I would tell families to do their research before choosing a community.
Mom Is Doing Wonderful In This Community
reviewed on: 08/03/2017 by AnonymousMy mother is doing wonderful since her move to this community. It has really been a great experience, and I'am satisfied with her move here. There were a few little kinks at first, but now everything is working out very well. They have a great staff. They are attentive, and friendly. She is pleased with the meals, and enjoys the residents. The community looks great when I go to visit. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.
Our experience of The Blake during Covid
reviewed on: 02/11/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Blake at the time because we had to make a quick decision in a time frame and they were able to take her. We also liked the location and the safety of it. It is a beautiful facility but we have not been overly impressed. Communication with the staff members has been difficult, there is not always good with following through with things. Our loved one thinks that the food could use improvement, she asks for them not to put certain things on her food and they do it anyways. I do think things would be better if we were allowed inside the facility and would be able to get to know the staff members better.

The meals are excellent, sometimes I feel they are a little too over the top. They sometimes try stuff out that the residents don't really like. But the meals overall are excellent, 5-star quality. The dining room is set up very nicely. The community offers a variety of activities for the residents, I would definitely recommend them.
