Went out of their way to make our family member feel at home when we went to visit. This is the place we selected.
Great location and great fit
reviewed on: 08/14/2013 by JulieThey do have medicaid beds so in a year she could get on the list for that so that was a big deal for us. The way they dispense medications in new hampshire is also alot more convinienct for the families. I don't have to keep the medications, they do all of that. If the nursing staff had any questions or any kinds of cincerns or anything like that theyll call her doctors directly. We also looked at another one but it really came down to who would accept medicaid. We really like it as far as the lay out, the friendliness of the staff, the dining area is really nice, the food is really good. The residents that we spoke to really liked it she was able to keep some of her independence and my mom was able to keep her cats so that was a big plus. The have transportation and plenty of activities throughout the day and theres still help available when she needs it.

When she toured it, she wanted to live here. We don't have a single complaint when she moved in the closet door was not closing as fast as she wanted and when she mentioned it to someone, within 15 mins someone was up there fixing it. Moving in, we expected to have issues but we are very surprised everything is going so good. The food is excellent and so is the food service. You pay by the month to month and the apartments are small but private. The administration is great, they made anything that could have been stressful very easy!
