CARING ASSITED LIVING
reviewed on: 03/03/2015 by GUSTAVE MENZAK / WAYNE MENZAKI AM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON BEHALF OF MY FATHER, HE HAS RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE REGARDING HIS MEDICAL CARE AND NUTRITION CONCERNS. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I ACCOMPANY MY FATHER TO HIS DOCTOR'S, SHCH STAFF HAVE HIM DRESSED AND READY TO GO. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE I LIVE OVER 60 MINUTES FROM THE CHERRY HILL FACILITY. FINALLY, THEY KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL HIS MEDS AND WHO THE ADMINISTERING PERSON WAS.
Mom is Enjoying It
reviewed on: 11/26/2013 by SonMy mom is there. We are liking it very much! Things are working out very well for us. They renovated the whole building, used to be a hotel. Rooms are very spacious and laid out nicely. She gets around in the wheelchair, but she is hardly ever in her room. There are so many activities, and she has made some friends at different functions. Nurses check in a couple hours every evening. They distribute all the meds correctly and on time. We feel like she's very safe. We had to do all of this very quickly, and we found out after my mom was in that Cherry Hill was a 3 year commitment before Medicaid is accepted, which was a bit of a surprise because the other Spring Hills campus was a 2 year commitment.
Super beautiful community!
reviewed on: 02/10/2017 by AnonymousI absolutely loved this community. It is very nice and well cleaned. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything. The only reason why we did not pick here was because it was to expensive for what we had.
Spring hills. Good but not what they say it is
reviewed on: 04/06/2015 by Barbara carfoliteWhen I approached Spring Hills about placing my Mom who had a stroke that left Her right side immobile and unable to speak. Throughout the interview process I received nothing but assurance that they could hanfke Mom in her condition and was lead to believe that the assigned level of care(highest) she would receive would address all of her needs. This was sadly misleading. While there is no doubt in my mind the staff cares for the residents their failure to consistently deliver has left me disappointed. I am paying extra for the personal care I was lead to believe was included ( this place is lovely but very expensive to begin with) in monthly fees. With better communication, staffing and practices this place could be great. At present its good and considering it was the best of all I've seen Mom will stay for now.
They were very helpful. They have been terrific.
