Comfortable and friendly.
reviewed on: 11/01/2017 by elainevmy mother has been living at Hearthstone for a few years now, and I can say that she is happy there. The nursing staff is very caring, respectful and trustworthy. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Everyone knows one another and keeps the quests comfortable and engaged with activities. I would highly recommend this place for your parent.

reviewed on: 06/29/2020 by Pat HThe staff was very on top of getting the residents clean and keeping their hygiene up, whether that be through assisting with bathing or changing sheets. The personal care was extraordinary and the community always smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly. Every time I walked in, there was a group engaged in some activity. They had music and outside entertainment available and they were very creative with how they kept the residents busy. They were very accommodating with the residents and made sure they did their best to adjust to each individual's needs. The management were great too from the director to the nursing director, they were all loving and caring people. Hearthstone Estates was worth the price and it was never astronomical.
A Good Experience

He was only there for a short time before his needs increased, but Jackie, John, and the staff were great overall. I was very surprised when Jackie called us to see how things were going, even after we moved my loved one. I will say that some of the nurses were certainly competent, but could have been more sensitive. Otherwise, it's a really good community, and I'd recommend it.

The staff was well trained and caring from the bottom to the top. I highly recommend Hearthstone Estates in Lakewood plus it's very reasonably priced..
Clean and Wonderful Care!
reviewed on: 03/09/2015 by Mae G.My Dad has been a resident at Hearthstone for 4 months now. He enjoys participating in all activities and wishes there were more. He is receiving excellent care. His doctors have commented that his blood work looks great. He has made friends. I especially like the single corridor that wraps around the facility and the small number of residents. He doesn't get lost. You need a code to get out which is helpful for my Dad due to his dementia.
