Light at the End of the Tunnel
reviewed on: 03/20/2017 by Diane Gibbons LeskoOur first Brightview impression was of a small, caring, welcoming community. Now that my parents are residents, this is confirmed on a daily basis. We established a relationship with BV several years ago when my parents put a deposit down in the event they decided to move from their home. BV sent us monthly newsletters, invited us to fitness classes and musical performances which we attended many times. When my parents to moved to BV, the staff worked tirelessly to help make the move as smooth as possible. Staff addresses residents by name, and communicates with family by phone and email in a timely manner, when we have questions and concerns. Meals are are tasty and well-balanced, and the entire facility is immaculate. The move to assisted living is a major life change not only for the new residents, but also their family. BV has consistently gone the extra mile to help make this step in the journey a positive one for all of us.

reviewed on: 12/06/2013 by DaughterI was not impressed during our tour. It was just too big, and didn't have the intimate atmosphere we were looking for. Mom had some mobility issues, and it would have taken up too much of her day just getting around this community. I didn't see as much staff as I would have liked on hand during the time I toured.

Brightview is the best!
reviewed on: 08/22/2017 by Tina SawnBrightview was the best choice for our mom. She loves it there. Everyone is very nice and caring towards her and the other residents. It's a beautiful place for her to live, the grounds are kept so pretty, the landscaping is beautiful! They look like they really put their heart in everything from the staff to the food they serve is very good! The activities seem to be keeping everyone on their toes! I would highly recommend Brightview for anyone that is looking for a great place for their loved one! Its also very clean and smells nice. Definitely not a hospital environment like many other facilities we have looked at before considering Brightview! Keep up the good work!
