Their first priority is to the other levels of care on the campus. The rooms are very small and the Parkinson's wing had only 40 beds which were all full. The residents in this unit were too far along for Mom.

Dirty, nursing staff is rude, lose personal items of the residents, smells awful, unsympathetic to families

It smells like a monkey cage at the zoo and the nurses are miserable. They act like family members are an inconvenience.
