Community Reviews
Felt Welcomed
reviewed on: 11/12/2021 by Melissa FThey made the family and resident feel welcome and wanted. It came down the a few things-brightness of rooms, the people (staff and residents) and willingness to work with us on dialysis transportation.
Review of The Charlotte
reviewed on: 09/19/2019 by Paula HMy husband has been in 4 other memory care facilities and this is by far the best. The caregivers are experienced and loving and the entire staff is amazing. He has thrived in his new environment. This is the place to bring your loved one if memory care is needed.
A nice clean community with lots of staff
reviewed on: 11/15/2021 by Phyllis WThis is probably as good as you are going to get for a good place for your loved one. It is a little higher in price and take a bit of adjusting to get used to but it is well worth it. My loved one is very happy there.
