reviewed on: 09/20/2020 by trevor davidsoneveryone very helpful and pleasant during this difficult time. we know my wife is well taken care off. our son John set up Alexa Echo in our home and her room with the help of Moose so we can see and talk to her every day...if she has a problem with her unit the staff are always willing to help her it just takes a phone call to the front desk...keep up the good work and GOD bless
A small, warm, and facility
reviewed on: 05/18/2020 by Lisa F.They are far better than the last community we were at. The quality of care here is really good. The building is clean with no odors. The food quality is good. During the pandemic, the staff have been really on top of things with communication, letting families of any changes, and offering facetime visits. The staff are friendly and caring with a mixture of personalities among the staff.
Overall a good community but could use some improvements

At first they were really strong with the activities, but at one point there were no activities. The rooms are a little dark and depressing.

reviewed on: 04/17/2017 by AnonymousWhen my loved ones first moved in, this facility used to be named Spring Arbor. They recently sold and there are some things they need to work on. Before changing, the food was great. I ate there a couple of times. Now, the food is not as good. It lacks in flavor and it is served cold. Other than that, the staff is still very nice, they are short staffed, but the staff that is there is attentive and the facility is very clean. It's a good place, just in need of some work.
