Best Care Ever!!
reviewed on: 09/14/2017 by AnonymousThis is a great community for care for the family. We like the staff who have been outstanding in her care. The community is very nice and clean. We like the menu that she was offered. They have worked with her and have been patient and kinds. She is going home due to the care that has been given while in this community. We would be more than happy to recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

A Friendly, Clean, Safe Community Doing in My Opinion The Best They Can During the Pandemic
reviewed on: 03/01/2021 by BillYou should find a place that is close to where you live. This way you can still visit your loved one. I would recommend look at the food menu and see about tasting the food. The food quality has changed since the change of ownership. The food quality has changed. Lunch is the main menu. You only have one hot meal option at dinner. If you don't want the hot meal, you have a cold sandwich to eat for dinner. My loved one has complained about the food as well. This is the biggest complaint for the money you pay. The food manager, Rhonda, was very nice. I feel her hands were tied though. It is a very clean community. The community is starting to have activities and this is helpful during the pandemic.
Atria LKN is wonderful!
reviewed on: 09/30/2020 by E. MartinI cannot say enough fantastic things about our experience at Atria! From the moment we began speaking with Cathy, both my mother and I felt like this would be a better fit for her. We have been beyond pleased so far. Mom was at another assisted living in the area and while she did receive good care - Atria is just in a league of it's own. The community is thriving, even in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Mom has made friends and constantly compliments the food - Chef Raul and his staff have been wonderful! Mom is pretty picky. They seem to always remember what she does and does not like. Mike, in maintenance - my goodness, what an outstanding professional! He helped us move moms stuff in and has been wonderful about helping her with things that we cannot do for her due to the visitor restrictions. He even gave mom and I both his cell phone number in case we need anything. Latoya, the nurse in charge of moms care, did the same. Physical therapy was started the week mom moved in and meds are always given correctly and on time. There are other assisted living facilities in the area that are good and have fantastic people working there, but Atria is the BEST! From the two ladies that man the ever busy front desk to the nursing and support staff.. everything has been a true blessing to our family. I would recommend Atria to anyone looking for assisted living that feels like it is anything but - the residents are treated with such respect, the atmosphere is vibrant and fun and the staff all seem to actually enjoy their job and it shows. Keep up the good work guys! You are so appreciated!
