Good Experience At First
reviewed on: 08/15/2016 by AnonymousIt was a good experience at first with this community. It is a nice and clean facility, but my father in law had an accident. He had a broken toe that wouldn't stop bleeding, so the staff took him to the emergency room. While he was at ER they called and informed me that he could not return to their community. They couldn't provide the level of care he needed. I didn't mind him leaving, but the way they informed me was not very professional at all. It was very disappointing.

Gail..N Donna are awsome people once u get to know them.If i ever have to b n place like that hope its Highgrove Assisted Living.My mom is very taking care of.Thank u God for sending Tammy our way n our time of need.N mama she likes it there.Sure she wants to b home but shes coming to like it theren the staff n Tammy n Gail n Donna has helped my mom thru that part.Thank ya Lois goins
