UNFIT FACILITY

reviewed on: 12/16/2016 by Anonymous

Staff turnover here is very high! Fallon and her husband( the managers) are all about the money! Residents are not happy there - just visit and you will see so many unhappy people. No activities other than bingo. Staff is very rude and not helpful. Theft here is very rampant. Staff always on their cell phones! Residents can't even get a band-aid from staff!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!

Look elsewhere!

I totally agree with the previous review about Hunter Hill Assistive Living. Management does not care or respect the residents there. I'm moving my loved one out! Please don't send your loved one there. It's like a prison. Employees are looking other jobs because the manager is so uncompassionate and strict. He just wants your money and he he does not care!

Uncooperative Facility

reviewed on: 05/08/2015 by zulene mills

I would not recommend this facility to anyone and i feel sorry for those residents that are there withou ta family's support. Our mother is there and they have been very uncooperative and noncommunicating with us. They act as if they really don't want us to be involved. When our Mom went there in October of 2014 the first week they say she fail off of the bed and she had two black eyes, she has rolled outside at night off of the curd and fail out of her wheelchair, given a new medication which they didn't know or even aware of side effects which caused her to throw up and other side effects and I can go on and on which brings me to them sending he to the ER once or twice weekly for the first two months she was there. She is still there and we are trying to get her transferred and they are giving us a hard time and not being cooperative at all, They have hid from us that they switched her to their Dr.,without informing us, which I learned from one of their CNA which went with my mom to see their Dr. as well as withholding information from us concerning our mother. This has really stressed our family out that we are being treated like this and their own CNA have told us that their boss do not care about them. We have appealed a decision that they have made to send our mom to a facility that we didn't choose and isn't located near us. I can go on and on concerning a review on this facility but I hope this has been helpful and please, please, do your homework on choosing a facility for your loved one and take notes and notes on what goes on their. Which is what we have done t back up our evidence.
