reviewed on: 01/15/2019 by chris B BeckersWell, my mother has a list of complaints. starting with the refridgerator was broken, and a hole in the inside of the door. She is concerned about the in unit furnace, she says it is very noisy and may have a problem. She has told them several times about it and has had no resolution. She is in need of a toilet that is higher off the ground. She has a very hard time getting off of it. Agian she has told them about it and no solution.
Some Issues, but Nice Place

There have been some maintenance issues that have yet to be fixed like the sliding door in my loved one's room has not been fixed since she moved in, and it's the same with the hot water. Otherwise, things are good. The staff is responsive and helpful, and they are working on getting her a walker with a seat on it to help her be more mobile.
my disappointment
reviewed on: 06/17/2021 by RonaldWhen you are first checking into the community the staff is very friendly and communication is very good. Once you move in this all stops. I would not recommend this community to others based on my experience.
