She is extremely knowledgeable, provided me with guidance beyond my expectations, and led me to an assisted living home that was a perfect fit for my friend that Im the power of attorney for. I could not have been nearly as prepared upon meeting with the staff of the facilities we visited without Marti’s assistance. Her positive attitude and personality is just what i needed to hear as i went through this process. Again, I sm so sorry for taking so long to respond. And thank you for having Marti on your staff.

reviewed on: 12/06/2017 by George M. SmithI first met with Lori Payne (the community relation Manager) and was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of this facility. I also noted the staff and the way they were so nice to the residents. Many efforts to entertain the residents during much of their idle time. During other visits I attended a few meals and was very pleased with the quality and selection of meals. My mother is 97 years old and she is very pleased with Miller Farm Place.
Beautiful Room but Gross Carpet
reviewed on: 11/15/2013 by DaughterMy mother is suffering from dementia, so it's hard to know what she thinks of Sterling house. I think that they really need to improve the communication with the families in terms of what is going on. She has her own room that is really nice, with a private bathroom. They have a large group dining situation. I really like it overall. The one thing that I wish they would clean is the carpet. It is disgusting. When we first started moving in, they said that they were going to redo it, but that hasn't happened yet. They don't have any Medicaid set up right now, but they're working on that, too.
