Love and concerned for my mothers health and care.
reviewed on: 10/15/2020 by juduth reedWhat worries me is keeping my mother mobile and her quality of life good for her. She is 96 and has to keep moving every day so she doesn't end up bed ridden . Because of her balance problem she can't be alone when she is walking. Since her family can't help we have to depend on aids . There never seems to be enough help in a timely manner for someone unable to meet her own needs. My mother likes her home and the staff. I find them always ready to listen in these trying times. It's a good place.
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 10/07/2021 by anonymousOur family had an in person tour and we just did not really get a overall warm welcoming feeling to it. We did not think that was going to be a good fit for our loved one.
Thankful for this place
reviewed on: 10/17/2020 by AnonymousWhen I visit my mom, she is always well dressed and groomed. She is happy here and we are glad we chose Fairfield Place. They are like one big family and they treat you like family. I am looking forward to inside visits. I know that through COVID, my mom has been in really good hands and that give me great comfort and peace. Keep up the great work!
Overall great facility
reviewed on: 11/10/2018 by AnonymousI feel the communication between staff members is lacking. Beds don't get changed and bathroom in her room doesn't get cleaned when she has an accident in a timely manner. Overall cleanliness is great in all the common areas. Getting in and out of the facility is frustrating because you have to be let in and out by a staff member which are sometimes hard to find. Overall we are pleased with the facility.
If you have to, this is the place - just because they are so nice here
reviewed on: 04/23/2021 by TracyI couldn't say enough nice thins about them. The only ting is I havent ben able ot go into my lveod ones' room fo ra year, prior tot hait was great. The food was very good. I would like to see more vegetables though. She is being well taken care of, and I have had no qualms about recommending them. I do so wholeheartedly becasue verybody who wokrs ther etreats them with respect and care and true kindness. We toured some othe places, and one of htem had dementia patients just locked down in a smaller area and was very dark and drear.y. Nobody was interacting with them. Here, someboyd is alwyas walking by and pattin gmy loved one on the back, calling him by name, and asking him how he's doing today, and asking if he wants to come sit and do something with them. I feel like they're very caring. If I had to do it all over again, I would go there again.
