Community Reviews
One daughters perspective
reviewed on: 01/09/2018 by AmyMy mother lived at Fairfield Place for over four years. The facility changed ownership during that time, but the quality of care and service was never compromised. Everyone at this facility treats each resident as if they were their own family member. That always meant a great deal to me. Entrusting a parents care to others is one of the most difficult things you do as a child, but I can honestly say that for four years I watched my mother receive magnificent care. The facility (and her apartment) were always spotless and that speaks volumes. The facility was always cheery and welcoming-they strive to create an environment that makes both the residents and their family members feel at home and comfortable. I can highly recommend Fairfield Place as a residence for aging parents who need elder care, security, and assistance in their later years. I had a piece of mind for four plus years that was invaluable. The staff members truly create a community that cares and loves each and every resident and their family members.
A wonderful palce for your family
reviewed on: 09/03/2021 by Peter CThe staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The management is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I've not had any issue that has not been resolved within the same day. And I've had very few issues, just minor things. For instance, my loved one's fridge went out in her room, and they had a new fridge brought in within about 6 hours or so. The food is amazing. They have a chef who 's been with them quite a while, about 12 years, and he puts out some amazing quality meals for the residents.
Love the courtyard and aides
reviewed on: 10/17/2020 by AnonymousI just love the aides, they are so nice and helpful. We have a lot of fun things to do. We recently got our pictures taken at our very own pumpkin patch in the courtyard. There is also the sound of trickling water in the courtyard, that is my favorite place. It is very relaxing and peaceful.
Love and concerned for my mothers health and care.
reviewed on: 10/15/2020 by juduth reedWhat worries me is keeping my mother mobile and her quality of life good for her. She is 96 and has to keep moving every day so she doesn't end up bed ridden . Because of her balance problem she can't be alone when she is walking. Since her family can't help we have to depend on aids . There never seems to be enough help in a timely manner for someone unable to meet her own needs. My mother likes her home and the staff. I find them always ready to listen in these trying times. It's a good place.
Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 08/16/2021 by Jill AWe had a couple of very good tours at Fairfield Place. We started out with an online tour first. The online experience was different than in person, so I was glad we did it again in person. I got a much better feel for the facility in person. I had a good overall impression of the facility, and I liked the level of activities they offered. Location played a big part in our decision, and Fairfield Place was just farther away than we wanted.
