Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 44441. It lies along State Route 154.Negley is the site of the Youngstown and Southern Railway shop that is now used by the Youngstown and Southeastern Railroad.A post office called Negley has been in operation since 1883. Negley originally was a mining community with a coal mine operated by the Powers Mining Company.
