reviewed on: 03/14/2016 by Elisabeth B.Friendly staff, clean throughout, great amenities such as activities and hair salon. The exterior of facility is pleasing and the decor is excellent. There is a water fountain, a baby grand piano, and other common areas.
My Husband Loves It
reviewed on: 11/25/2013 by WifeIt is assisted living. My husband has been here for the last two months. He likes it that he can walk with a walker. At the community he was at before Crystal Waters, they made him use a wheelchair and he hated it. There is a registered nurse on duty. He can come down on the elevator three times a day for his meals, so he feels independent, and he loves it. A nurse checks on him and brings his medicine to him during the day. I feel that he is well taken care of.

A business not a home
reviewed on: 08/31/2015 by AnonymousDon't know how staying here would be like but based on tour, we decided not to chance it for parents. The tour was one big sales pitch. Sounded like same exact thing said to everyone. Residents were sitting around, not talking to each other, even in dinning room, very quite. The one thing that really turned us off was not safety rails. Seems like it is better suited for younger healthier crowd.
