The staff are lovely, helpful and nice to work with. Mom does participate in a few of the activities offered. The food is good and they keep the community spotless. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

It's a great place.

There really aren't any complaints or concerns. The response time and the ratios that the state of Ohio has works pretty well. But those number could be more suited to the actual needs. An intercom button attached to the pendants for the aides to judge how urgent the need was would be a cool thing to have. We have found them to be very responsive and very accommodating as far as any requests we have. The food is good, he eats better than I do. The menu consists of things like prime rib even. They have plenty of stuff going on and things to do, and a happy hour on Thursday afternoons, where someone will play the piano or the have a magician come in. They have outings and things to. It's a great place.

Very Nice Place
