Review of Van Gorder Manor - Willoughby, OHreviewed on: 04/17/2016 by Anonymous
My sister has been at Van Gorder for almost a year and has had a very good experience. I very much appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the staff
A nice looking community.reviewed on: 01/25/2017 by Anonymous
I liked this community when we visited. The people we met were nice and the community was clean. This is an old victorian mansion and if there would have been a first floor apartment available we would have chosen this place. Since they do not offer an elevator mom would not have been able to have a room on the upper level.
Not impressedreviewed on: 12/15/2014 by Anonymous
We toured this community and overall I just was not impressed by what I saw here. The place just felt dark and depressing, and the staff we observed on the tour seemed unprofessional. It was very inexpensive, and might be an option if price is your main concern, but it just was not somewhere I would feel comfortable placing my loved one.
