WILL TRY TO KICK OUT YOUR SENIOUR AS THEY AGE

reviewed on: 10/15/2020 by Susan

Seemed great in the beginning but as my Mother has aged, with dementia that seems to be worsening. They only want to KICK her out. Not being helpful as initially promised, They just only rely on family. The director is horrible. The staff have been kind an considerate. ( but they are leaving, Unitarian House will not higher on full time staff. When we first moved mom mother in for a change, IT was promoted as helping as changes with seniors progress. There is not enough staff to help an ageing person that needs the extra help. Even on the " memory care" NOT a memory care facility!!
