reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousMy mother moved from MI to Emerald Gardens 6 months ago. They had everything ready for her the day she moved in. The staff made her feel welcome and continue to care for her like she is family. They communicate with me to keep me informed so we work as a team to keep mom comfortable. She really enjoys the weekly scenic bus trips they take and I really like all the special events they have that includes family. It's a wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to make some improvements to their food menu.

My mom has said the meals are very tasty. She likes to play bingo and other activities that are available and they keep her active.

reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by AnonymousExcellent home! I feel like the best largest group of caring individuals, kind knowledgeable most caring kind caregivers in one place in all my life of working. Truly amazing!! Only problem is food frequently arrives cold. Food is very good long wait often between servings. As with all health services short of staff at times. Management is very responsive to concerns as anew resident concerns about food are already working on being corrected within one week of arrival.

reviewed on: 12/18/2020 by anonymousSo far we are pretty happy at Emerald Gardens, it is a good place and the value seems to be okay. However, with COVID we are on lock down and cannot do any of the activities so it has been difficult.
