reviewed on: 08/30/2018 by AnonymousThe nurses are okay from what I can tell. They give her the medication. Everybody has different care needs. I understand the predicaments. She likes two of aides. I understand there are many caregivers and they do not come when she needs to go to the bathroom.

reviewed on: 05/23/2019 by AnonymousWe are so happy with New Eastwood! The staff has been wonderful. My mom just loves the therapy! The staff has all been phenomenal! The friendliness is great! The meals could use a little work. To start they could do a better job at actually serving what my mother has ordered. I would definitely recommend this facility especially compared to other places my mother has been. The communication is outstanding.
