reviewed on: 09/10/2019 by BillyWe have been a resident for approx 7 months and had visited other places in the area. We decided that Masonic Village is where we wanted to be. Since our move in we have not been disappointed at all. On property medical center, great meals, great entertainment. There has not been one concern that has not been promply solved. Every one should become familiar with Masonic Village before making a choice.
Perfect place to retire.

In January of this year we contacted Kelly in marketing to let her know we were ready to move. She did a thorough review of our interests and we worked together to fine tune what we wanted with what was available. She was realistic and very responsive to our many questions. By May we had been offered and had accepted a beautiful cottage. She continued to assist us with paperwork and took it step by step. She kept us updated on the progress of the renovations and made arrangements for us to access the cottage to take measurements and do some planning. She handed us off to Lucy, who handled the "move in" details. Lucy was very thorough and took her time explaining all the information. We then met our neighbor and "guide" who continued to help us to become familiar with the "Village." We are confident, help is just a phone call away, no matter what the question may be. It still amazes us that employees and residents alike wave, smile and offer assistance for whatever we need.

The 1400 acres are the largest and prettiest of any comparable facility we’ve seen, our cottage is spacious and well-appointed, the staff and other residents are extremely friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The staff makes every effort to accommodate and respond to each resident's needs. We’ve loved every minute of living here and look forward to many years of happiness as Masonic Village Elizabethtown residents.
