reviewed on: 11/06/2019 by AnonymousThe center looks pretty clean. They are friendly but he is not giving the care he needs. The rehab therapists only see him 15 minutes a day. They are not changing him often enough. I do not give updates and I have to hunt them down.

reviewed on: 11/06/2019 by AnonymousMy loved one seems to be comfortable. He seems to be satisfied with their rehab therapy. Maybe they could do a little more with him. A few additional activities and I would like to see him pushed a little more. The staff seems to do well with meeting his needs. The nurses keep my loved one clean and well taken care of. I think it was basically clean, but the facility is dated. They need to update the walls and things like that. I've made some calls, and I have not received a return call.

The only issue she's been having is that when she asks for a cup of coffee during the day it can take hours for them to bring it to her. If they bring it at all. The social worker has talked to me and told me that they are going to be sure that we have caregiver options. That was really nice.

She has had a miraculous turnaround from the physical therapists, nurses, and speech it has been amazing. They have provided impeccable service and they are very attentive to my mother. Her nurses and the speech therapists and physical therapists are all communicating and tell us what is happening for her.
