Great Staff, Great Location, Wonderful Site
reviewed on: 06/17/2021 by A FlinnI would suggest you look into the community if you can afford it. They all are very interactive and each one of the staff knows what everyone else is doing. The communication is very good between staff members.
My review of The Bridge at Charleston
reviewed on: 05/20/2021 by anonymousThe Bridge community has beautiful grounds, it has a very open concept and the people there were for the most part friendly. The rooms were very nice and very accommodating. We did have a couple issues with the care services, our loved ones medicine was dispensed twice in a day at times and it seemed like the nurse and the nursing staff was not as knowledgeable in some things as we had hoped for.

The staff does a great job keeping an eye on our loved ones medicine, she seems to be doing really well. Our loved one only eats the dinner meals and so far has not complained about them. She does not participate in the activities so we aren't sure if they are still limited or not. We do think the value for cost is pretty good.

I moved my parents into The Bridge because they were very unhappy at another assistant living place. They are much happier now. The staff are more attentive. More food choices and the food looks and tastes good. Their medications, care, house keeping etc., Are all managed much better. Family feels more at ease with The Bridge taking care of them.

reviewed on: 02/23/2021 by Karen SMy parents really liked this place, good food, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. After mom passed away the staff was very compassionate. They spent every day talking and listening to dad as he was greiving.
