The staff truly care about the residents. Not only do they help them but they talk with them and interact with them; playing games, braiding hair, doing nails, and other activities. These are the interactions that let the residents know they are not only taken care of but they are known and valued. The facility is always very clean and inviting. Due to the great air quality the stubborn yellow tinge in my mothers white hair was gone within her first month of living at Family Ministries John M. Reed. I have also been impressed with the diligence to detail that has been taken to ensure the safety of every resident during the current pandemic. It is truly a blessing for my mother to be living at Family Ministries John M. Reed.

'Fun' we sit in the 'courtyard' on nice days. The staff works very hard to make it pleasant for us patients. The food is very very good. I would refer this place to anyone.
