They offer activities to the residents that want to participate. I would recommend others to this community for excellent care and value

reviewed on: 06/23/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this elegant community for the care for my mom. The staff was nice and helpful to answer the questions that we needed for the care for my mom. The rooms are small but very homey. They offer outings for the residents. This is a little more for the care, but very nice. for a loved one to enjoy due to everything that is offered for the care and the value.
A nice place to live
reviewed on: 06/22/2020 by AnonymousIt is the second best facility in northwest Austin and the biggest bang for the buck. The other facility is significantly more expensive. The care is good but staff turnover and staff availability is lacking sometimes. The worst part is because they contract their staff, which causes a disruption in care because the contracted staff don't know your loved one. However, I am really grateful with how they took care of my loved one.

reviewed on: 09/21/2021 by C CThis is a very good community, but if your loved one has diabetic needs you will need to insist on the care they need. The community is able to accommodate special dietary restrictions. There is sometimes a breakdown in communication between the staff and the family.
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 10/07/2021 by anonymousOur family had an in person experience and we can't remember anything that stood out to us in a negative way. The community was clean but the price was a little to high. However, the negative we did have was not with the community but with the sales team, they were extremely pushy and way to aggressive which was a big turn off.
