When the Time Comes . . .
reviewed on: 08/26/2019 by Debra RichardsonMy first visit to Broadmoor was a tour of the facility. It was clean and the Staff friendly. My second visit was with the new Executive Director, Nigel Gregory, who shared his wonderful vision for the future of Broadmoor Place. My third visit was as a guest at Breakfast, and I was impressed as I watched several of the Staff interact with the residents. They were respectful and very accommodating to requests made of them. Meals were served to the specific needs and requests of each client. This is definitely the place I would reside if no longer able to live alone.

It feels like they really go above and beyond when it comes to the effort and care that they provide the people who live here. And they're very friendly to the families as well, they always greet me by name when I am visiting. I would highly recommend this place!

The staff was informative, and answered all my questions. I did find another that matched my mothers needs better, but I had a nice tour of this community.
