Community Reviews

Flexiblity and comunication

reviewed on: 11/30/2015 by Daughter

Placed my father in Aria in November, the care takers are helpful in the transition. It has taken my father some time to adjust...as well as the care takers understanding his needs. The care takers have been very responsive to my personal requests and have included him in appropriate activities. He was honored on Veterans day...Kudos to management for their planning on special occasions.

wonderful place

Aria Memory Care is a wonderful place. My mother is almost blind and the staff here has to do everything. All she has to do is push a button and the staff attend to her. Mom has not had accident the whole time she has been there because they come quickly to help her. The activity person is lovely and the lady that works at the front desk is too. They are all just adorable. They are not fake they are genuine. I didn't realize that it was so memory oriented here. There is no one for my mom to relate to. I love the fact that there is only about 12 residents though.

Beautiful community!

The community Harmony Point Memory care is a very nice place. The staff that offered the tour were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to address all of my concerns. The community was very well kept and nice throughout. It is kept very clean and updated. I was impressed with A Place for Mom a few years ago when I was researching senior living options. I never forget A Place for Mom and used them again now when it was time for my loved ones to move.

Beautiful and warm home with experienced staff and a great plans for the future!

I have volunteered several times at Aria and I love the facility as well as the staff. Whenever a facility opens it takes time to get full and once more residents move in there will be a lot more activities and offerings. Funding is a challenge until that point. I know they have lots of offerings planned, i.e., music therapy, vegetable garden, etc., but in the mean time I found the staff very caring and competent, the facility beautiful and spotless, and I love that residents have a great outdoor space that makes it feel like home. There is a very comfortable, at home feeling here and as more residents move in, I know they'll be offering special activities and music therapy! Go visit and you'll see what I mean. I would not be giving of my free time to a place that I didn't believe in.
