Nice place, overall!
reviewed on: 01/29/2015 by AnonymousThings have gone well overall at the Regency of El Paso! The staff is friendly, and very kind to the residents. The facility itself is nice looking, clean, and well kept. My only minor complaint is that sometimes it can take a few tries to get them to make changes to basic paperwork, such as updating phone numbers, etc. But overall it is a great place, and worth a look for those looking into senior care!

I thought the registration and move-in process was handled very well, they did a great job making her feel welcome and helping her get settled in. Things have gone well for her here for the most part, they've been good about encouraging her to get out of her room and eat in the dining room.

reviewed on: 04/02/2015 by AnonymousThis is a place we would love to have for our loved one when she agrees to move. It wasn't overcrowded, and the staff to resident ratio was great. It was very clean, immaculate. They were very open and friendly. I felt like you definitely get your money's worth here. I saw great interaction between the staff and the residents during lunch time. They were very attentive to ensure all residents were properly cared for, and fed. I did not get to see the activities, but I saw a full calendar of planned events and activities, to keep everyone happy and busy.
